THE DEMO, NOT THE PITCH · RUNNING MIRACLE ACADEMY'S LIVE FLOW
ChatGPT killed ManyChat.
This agent proves it.
A working DM agent with no flow builder, no node graph, and no plugins — one paragraph of instructions and a language model. Built in one afternoon, one API key, and a single serverless function.
LIVE — YOUR KEYS, NOT A REPLAY
You are the lead. It is the agent.
Ask what it is, ask the price, ask for the link, ask if it's a bot. Watch the tags, the lead card, and the transcript update on the right — the model reports them, a parser catches them, and captured leads are written to a real database. Nothing is scripted.
The flow, in English
There is no node graph. The whole "automation" is this paragraph. Edit it, hit apply, and the agent changes.

Handoff
The model decided a human should take over. The handoff is written to the handoff queue so a person can pick it up with the full context.

HOW IT WORKS
Three pieces. That's the architecture.
01
The flow is a paragraph
Triggers, tone, pricing rules, handoff policy — plain English. No visual builder, no 47 nodes, no "conditional group" to configure. The paragraph is the system prompt.
02
One call per message
Each DM goes to a language model with the flow and the recent conversation. The model writes the reply. There is no routing table — the model reads the message and decides.
03
It reports its own actions
The model ends each reply with a small JSON block — tags, lead fields, handoff flag. A five-line parser turns that into the ops panel. That's the whole "automation engine."
THE COMPARISON
What you gain. What you lose.
| ManyChat (2026) | Flowless (this page) | |
|---|---|---|
| Configure a new flow | Open the builder, wire nodes, test, publish | Edit a paragraph, hit apply |
| Handle an off-script question | Falls through to the fallback / a human | The model answers in your voice |
| Native Instagram API delivery | Yes, mature, 24/7 guarantees | Bring your own API (this demo is a simulator) |
| Audit trail & compliance tooling | Years of product around it | You build it (the transcript log is the start) |
| Cost to start | Subscription, per-chat tiers | One model API call per message |
The hot take is real: the flow builder is a machine for a job a language model already does. The caveat is in the table — delivery, compliance, and guarantees are where the incumbent still wins, and that's the integration layer, not the brain.
THE CLAIM
"ChatGPT just killed ManyChat."
A creator's hot take, used as a build spec. This page is the working proof: a DM agent whose entire brain is a paragraph and a model, built live on Vercel. It's a working demo: one function, one model — but every reply in the chat above is generated on demand, never replayed, and every lead it captures is written to a real Postgres database, so the capture is durable, not just on screen.
